Description

Smooth, vibrant, and beautifully complex.

Our Colombian Single Origin is crafted from beans grown by smallholder farmers in the lush hills of Medellín, Antioquia. Nestled between 1,300–1,500 meters above sea level, these farms thrive in volcanic loam soil that enriches each bean with layered complexity and character.

This medium roast highlights the natural sweetness of the region, delivering a cup that is both comforting and lively. Expect a tasting profile of dried orange and ripe berry brightness, balanced by smooth chocolate undertones that linger gently on the palate. The result is a harmonious coffee that is vibrant yet approachable equally perfect for daily brewing or slow weekend mornings.

Carefully fully washed and dried in solar dryers, each bean is protected from the elements while preserving its delicate flavor nuances. The traditional varieties - Castillo, Caturra, Typica, and Colombia combine to create a cup that represents the very best of Colombian heritage and craftsmanship.

Whether brewed as a pour-over to showcase its clarity, a drip for everyday enjoyment, or an espresso for a fruity-sweet shot, this coffee adapts beautifully to your ritual. It is both versatile and distinct, making it one of the most celebrated origins in our collection.
