Description

Delicate florals, sweet fruit, luminous clarity.

From the fertile slopes of the Mbeya Region in Southern Tanzania, our single-origin offering is cultivated by small cooperative farmers who take pride in preserving the country’s unique coffee heritage. Grown between 1,200–1,900 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, these beans develop a bright, nuanced flavor that reflects the highlands where they are nurtured.

This medium-light roast highlights Tanzania’s natural elegance. Expect a lively cup with pear-like sweetness, floral aromatics, jasmine notes, and a subtle strawberry finish. The coffee’s balance of delicacy and vibrancy makes it a refreshing and memorable experience for those who appreciate fruit-forward profiles.

The beans are carefully fully washed and dried on raised beds, a traditional process that enhances clarity while allowing the bright, floral flavors to shine. The classic Bourbon and Kent varieties contribute to its refined structure, offering complexity without heaviness.

Best enjoyed as a pour-over to showcase its layered brightness, a drip coffee for daily refreshment, or even a light-bodied espresso for a fruity twist, this coffee embodies the elegance of East African terroir. Every sip feels luminous, fragrant, and beautifully expressive.
