Description

All the flavor, none of the compromise.

From the high-altitude farms of Piura and Amazonas, Peru, our Decaf offering is sourced from smallholder members of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino. Grown between 1,100–1,700 meters in fertile clay soils, these beans showcase the same vibrant quality and craftsmanship as their caffeinated counterpart — now made accessible for every moment of the day.

This medium roast delivers a smooth, well-rounded cup with notes of caramel sweetness, a gentle citrus brightness, and a silky smooth finish. It’s a decaf that tastes anything but ordinary — rich, flavorful, and satisfying.

The coffee undergoes a fully washed and sun-dried process, then decaffeinated naturally using the Swiss Water® Process. This chemical-free method gently removes caffeine while preserving the beans’ distinctive flavor profile, ensuring you enjoy the same Peruvian elegance without compromise.

Perfect for evenings, late-night conversations, or those who want to enjoy coffee without the buzz, this decaf is versatile enough for pour-over clarity, drip smoothness, or a comforting French press brew.
