Description
Floral elegance, fruity sweetness, timeless heritage.
From the birthplace of coffee itself, our Ethiopia Natural comes from the lush highlands of the Sidama Zone, where smallholder farmers cultivate beans using generations-old traditions. Grown at altitudes of 1,700–1,900 meters in rich nitisol soils, these beans are nurtured in one of the most celebrated coffee regions in the world.
This medium-light roast preserves the delicate nuances of Ethiopia’s indigenous heirloom cultivars, producing a cup that is both complex and refreshing. Expect a lively tasting profile of milk chocolate, juicy fruit, and smooth caramel, creating a vibrant balance between sweetness and brightness. Each sip feels layered and expressive, a reminder of Ethiopia’s unique terroir.
The beans are processed using the full natural method — meticulously hand-sorted and dried slowly on raised beds under the Ethiopian sun. This careful process enhances the coffee’s natural fruit-forward character while delivering a clean, refined finish.
Ideal for pour-over or Aeropress, Ethiopia Natural shines when brewed slowly, revealing its aromatic florals and juicy complexity. It also creates a distinctive espresso, offering a fruity twist on a traditional shot. For adventurous coffee drinkers, this is a true showcase of Ethiopia’s legendary craftsmanship.
