Our Brazil Santos is grown on the historic estates of Fazenda Santa Bárbara, São Francisco, and Santo Antônio, where generations of expertise meet the fertile volcanic loam soils of Paraná and São Paulo. At altitudes between 750–1,050 meters, these farms cultivate beans that embody Brazil’s reputation as the world’s most celebrated coffee producer.

This medium roast highlights the signature character of Brazilian coffee — an elegant, smooth cup with cocoa notes that unfold gently across the palate. The flavor is mellow yet satisfying, making it one of the most approachable coffees in our collection.

The varieties Catuai and Mundo Novo, carefully harvested and processed using the pulped natural method, are dried slowly in the sun to enhance their natural sweetness and body. This traditional approach creates a balanced cup with a soft texture and a clean, chocolate-toned finish.
